The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, is hiring Company Secretaries for the Central Processing Centre (CPC) at IICA, Manesar. The role involves processing e-forms as per the Companies (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. This contract-based position requires candidates with at least one year of post-qualification experience, ideally more.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience: Preference for candidates with 1-2 years and above post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 31 years as on 01.04.2024.
