ICSI CPC Executive Recruitment 2024

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is inviting applications for CPC Executives on a contractual basis at the Central Processing Centre (CPC), Manesar.

ICSI seeks young Company Secretaries for deployment at the Central Processing Centre in Manesar, Gurgaon. The role involves processing and disposing of e-forms filed along with the fee as provided in the Companies (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. Candidates with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience will be preferred.

Compensation Details

• More than 2 years of experience:

  • ₹50,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹55,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹60,000/month (3rd year)

• 1 to 2 years of experience:

  • ₹45,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹50,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹55,000/month (3rd year)

• Up to 1 year of experience (exceptional cases):

  • ₹40,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹45,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹50,000/month (3rd year)

Eligibility

• Qualification: Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

• Experience: Preference for candidates with 1-2 years or more than 2 years of post-qualification experience

• Age Limit: Maximum 31 years as on 1 June 2024
