Educational Qualification

RA: Ph.D in any branch of Life Science (Experience in Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology preferred) JRF: Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) or Professional Course (M.Tech) in relevant Life Sciences fields with valid NET/GATE score

Pay Scale

RA: ₹67,000 + HRA JRF: ₹37,000 + HRA

Tenure of Engagement

RA: 2 years JRF: 5 years (initially 2 years as JRF, then 3 years as SRF upon satisfactory performance)

Additional Information:

  • Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis can apply for RA but will be awarded the fellowship only upon receiving the degree.

  • Selected candidates for JRF positions may register for Ph.D. at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi or Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

  • Original certificates and supporting documents must be presented at the interview.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

  • The number of vacancies may change based on organizational requirements.
