ICSI IEPFA Executive Recruitment 2024

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is inviting applications for IEPFA Executives on a contractual basis at the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), New Delhi.

ICSI seeks young Company Secretaries for deployment at the IEPFA in New Delhi. The role involves processing e-forms related to unclaimed shares, dividends, matured deposits, and debentures. Candidates with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience will be preferred.

Compensation Details

• More than 2 years of experience:

  • ₹50,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹55,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹60,000/month (3rd year)

• 1 to 2 years of experience:

  • ₹45,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹50,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹55,000/month (3rd year)

• Up to 1 year of experience (exceptional cases):

  • ₹40,000/month (1st year)

  • ₹45,000/month (2nd year)

  • ₹50,000/month (3rd year)

Eligibility

• Qualification: Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

• Experience: Preference for candidates with 1-2 years or more than 2 years of post-qualification experience

• Age Limit: Below 35 years as on 1 May 2024

Job Description

• Process and dispose of e-forms related to unclaimed shares, dividends, matured deposits, and debentures

• Promote investor education, awareness, and protection

• Handle court cases/RTIs related to IEPFA

• Any other duties incidental thereto
